Mr. Sridhar is one of the first generation entrepreneurs in the IT Revolution. He started Paradigm InfoTech in 1998, eCentric Solutions in 2002 and has been growing the organizations ever since. Mr. Sridhar is a dynamic leader and established firms in various verticals that have vast growth and prospect. He achieved success in all his establishments by encouraging talented teams and successful groups. He was awarded “EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2008” from Ernst & Young and “Young Entrepreneur – 2007” from TANA. Before beginning Paradigm InfoTech, he worked with IBM and Satyam Computers. He holds a degree in Masters of Science in Computers and has also done graduation from the Harvard Business School. He is an energetic member of Young Presidents Organization, TiE – Hyderabad, the governing council of AP Society for Information Networks and council of Vignan University.
Mr. Karthik has excellent leadership skills with 14+ years of experience. During his tenure, he has closely worked with big corporate companies in the fields of Business Strategy, Business Intelligence and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining eCentricHR, he worked in different leadership roles. He was associated with A F Ferguson & Co. (Deloitte), Chartered Accountants, Arvind Mills, Maini Precision Components and NSL Group. Being a qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven track record, he has managed large-scale enterprises. Along with eCentricHR, Mr. Karthik is associated with ParadigmIT and Mtuity.
Mr. Arindam is a veteran with 26+ years of experience. He was instrumental in essaying roles in Business & Change Management, Delivery & Sales Operations and Profit and Loss Management (PLM). Prior to joining eCentricHR, he had held various key leadership positions at Magna InfoTech, Ingram Micro, InfoTech Enterprises, Technosoft Global Corp and other prominent enterprises. He holds MBA from Salt Lake Institute of Technical Training, Calcutta University and has done graduation in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College. He is a certified Sales Specialist from HP/Compaq.
Mr. Siva has 17+ years of experience in sales, staff augmentation and staffing. Prior to joining eCentricHR, Siva worked with organizations like TEK Systems, Adecco India, Tata Services TBA and GE iGate Capital. As his leadership experience is vast, he has set up his footprint visible at all the organizations he had worked with. He is a qualified six sigma practitioner.
Mr. Indranil has performed his leadership roles in different verticals of Information Technology for more than 14 years. His leadership expertise includes fields such as media, technology and staffing. His leadership set includes Team Management, Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting and Key Account Management. Before joining eCentricHR, Indranil Ghosh worked with TeamLease Services Private Limited, Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Limited, Times Group and so on. Indranil has done his PGDM from Globsyn Business School and graduation from IHM at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Mr. Vibhav comes with 6+ years of diverse experience across sales, services, Project Management in implementing and executing eGovernance projects and new Initiatives within the government domain. Mr. Vibhav holds an MBA degree from UTS, Australia in International Marketing and International Business. He is currently responsible for India Operations and Sales of e-Governance projects, MMP’s and other IT/ITeS Initiatives that are being executed by eCentricHR. Prior to joining eCentricHR, Vibhav held various Mid-Management positions with IAP, Legrand, and Target Australia, Sydney location.
